Lets talk in terms of an example....

You have been constantly harrasing someone by sending mails about an income opportunity without that sopmeone's consent..

You go on sending emails after emails to that same person and he or she goes on deleting the same. One day finally He / She gets irritated and decides to take you to task for spamming his / her account. So he or she will visit your site and report you as a spammer.

Result will be the comapny whose opportunity you are promoting will delete your account and all your hard work and earned unclaimed money goes in drain.

Now coming to safelist , these are companies who have a list of say around 200 to 3000 or more members who have given their consent on receiving promotional emails from each other, so theres no issue or fear of spamming and account deletion.

You have to join this safelists and once you join in you can send your ads to all members and in turn receive their ads too say every 7 days etc.

Coming to earning through safelist, safelists are used for promoting your business and not for earning unless theres an affiliate program associated with safelist like this one here

Join forums instead and start building your own information network...helping people advance is the best method to build your visablity and a good name for yourself.
