Hi all,
Offlate we have been experiencing some heavy spamming in advertisement folders. Same posts are being posted in all the sub folders. This brings a heavy load on the server which leads to low speed and lots of other complications. Majority of the members sign up just to place their ad in the Ad section and that would no longer be acceptable.
No more than one advertisement from a user will be allowed in any one section of the advertising folder starting today. We will be retaining the latest post from a user and all the earlier ones will be deleted. This is not an automated process and will take some time to scan through more than 300 messages in advertising folder.
Also please note that The ad will be displayed for 30 days ONLY after which it will be deleted. in other words a user can post a new or same ad again after 30 days.
Also with immediate effect any ads of members without a post of introduction in the welcome section will result into immediate deletion of the post for sure and repeated act will result into permanent ban of the member.
If any of our fellow members come across 2 or more ads from same member or any new ads from a member without a post in the Welcome section, kindly bring this to our attention and we would be oblidged for your help.
Apologies for such stringent rules but its become necessary to implement the same with immediate effect. All your help and cooperation in this regards will be very much appreciated.
