if you dont have CC then dont use paypal because you need to verify in order to withdraw by cheque

you can change adress at any time but not country as i believe it

any CC can do...

better you ask them about paypal before taking CC.

yeah paypal is safe as far as you dont get caught in a trap of fake-login sites..

If you have any relatives in abroad that they can send your paypal money thro xoom.com

paypal is easy and safe to use on the net but be careful on cedit card charges
