Sonny the best way to know all about online GED programs would be doing a Google Search. I do not know as to which part of the world is your uncle at present, but if he is in India or for that matter in any Asian Country, the "General Educational Diploma" or more commonly known as GED Program will not have that much validity and scope as compared to a High School Diploma..
